A powerful session filled with a number of incredible “firsts.”

• First  Virtual apparatus teaching session for Cary – she nailed it like a pro.
• First class/session with Cary for at least 30% of the participants – I was one of them.
• First MasterClass to be announced and sell out in less than 30 days – she laughed that it was the first time she had been paid six months in advance.
• First MasterClass to have a waitlist – with teachers logging in across the globe and multiple timezones.

Of course, it was also the first session where the dialogue in the “after-session party” went on for another 60 minutes.  As Phoebe said offline, “Cary can talk!! And it’s always interesting.”

It was also the first session where I stopped the recording early.  Primarily because there was an extra bit of background noise (open mic feedback, pets, music, etc.,) so the pure and unadulterated honesty of Cary’s free flow thought in the last hour was not captured.

 

This was one of those LIVE moments that you just had to be there to get it and appreciate it.

A key teacher, leader and true Master of the Classical Pilates Method.  She was and is the teacher of most NY Pilates teachers.  Loved and sought after worldwide; this session was a thrill and honor for all of us.
