Block off time for yourself and access to the apparatus – in your home or your studio. Yes, you are busy. We all are. Nevertheless, you might want to set aside the Fourth Sunday of each month at 2PM EST for a session with one or more of our industry’s favorite 2ndGenMaster Teachers.

You are strongly encouraged to lock in your choice(s) in advance. The maximum number of participants will be fifteen (15) for any session this year. We had so much fun figuring this out in 2020-21; it had to be repeated in 2022.

Some new teachers have been added, some are re-joining and hopefully we all will continue to relish the time together, albeit virtually, yet again.
Plan for 90 minutes; these teachers will/can use every minute, whether working us out or chatting after the session.

Phoebe has the deepest history and connection to the most loved teachers and movers in the NY marketplace. It would blow your mind to name names. She led the last LIVE Squad session of 2020, a week before NYC locked down, then graciously led her inaugural Zoom session on the Wunda with the archival work of John Winters in Nov 2020. Without hesitation, she assisted Cary Regan in her inaugural virtual MasterClass and immediately said yes to the invitation to launch the PSS 2022 MasterClass Workouts. There are not enough words to express my appreciation for this gentle soul. Anything she does is alright with me.

Dana studied under the direction of Juanita Lopez and was certified by Romana Kryzanowska in 1998; met and studied with Jay Grimes in 2004 and feels that meeting changed her life. She continues to work to have every effort made to keep Pilates pure, authentic and true to its original form. As a result, I am grateful she has agreed to lead us in April and especially so, since she will be using the Wunda Chair!

Gina Jackson, Owner, Pilates4Fitness, a NY Power Pilates Certified Instructor, maintains a regular weekly workout within a Pilates studio in addition to enjoying Vinyasa Yoga regularly in Jersey City, NJ.

Gina holds a BA from Upsala College and MBA from New York University and uses all her corporate business management expertise in the management of the studio and business. She actively supports a myriad of clients, teaching all to honor their health, strength and life with the principles of Pilates at its core.
