Sometimes there is nothing else to be said. Chris does not waste time, energy or movement.  He consistently challenges the teacher with the Classical method and form, exactly as he learned from both Romana Kryzanowska and Jay Grimes.

This is the truth of our love for the practice of Pilates.

We do the best we can.
We show up and workout.
We stay up and try to keep up.
We use a lot of 4-letter words.

I kinda needed an emergency massage the next day.  Several of us did.  We didn’t intend to have Sonje Mayo and Chris Robinson – back to back in the same weekend.  It just happened.

There was quite a bit of moaning and groaning (left unedited in the recording) really deep breathing and no one can say, including Chris, that we weren’t drenched at the end of the session.

This was a pure, honest workout as we know it should be.

We all loved it.
