Morning Thoughts After a Day with Brooke and Saul
My body and mind know the repertoire, yet it's the subtle nuances of each Master professor that makes the difference. As a result of the instant access to so many Pilates teachers across the globe, in a way, it feels like I have entered a graduate school program in Pilates, with a seat at the front of the room. Wunda Semi with Brett and Jasmine
Jasmine Gannam and I have yet to actually meet in person physically, but our spirits found each other about a year or more ago and we have found that our energy, enthusiasm and love of the #ClassicalPilates System has made us fast friends and #PilatesSisters. I am planning to maintaining my Zoom subscription when the lockdown is over!

April was being setup for Cynthia Shipley and May was set for Cary Regan. Alas, #CancelEverthing and #Covid19 has changed a lot. Read more

Deborah Lessen at The Pilates Local
As always when an alternate reality is presented, it takes a few days for things to settle in your mind and in this case with Deborah Lessen, I needed a few days for both my mind and body to settle from the work.Read more
