Christina Gadar

Christina has widened the eyes of quite a few of us in the past 2-3 years with her IG profile Open Access Pilates Archives; she led a Reformer and Wunda Chair Masterclass for the first and second year and has participated in several PSS sessions as a student. Her choice of apparatus for the Masterclass of 2024 is the combination of the Spine Corrector and Ped-O-Pull.

You will need both pieces to participate. Any session with Christina is pure, unadulterated classical Pilates.
