Cynthia Shipley

Cynthia, LifeSpan Pilates, moved us with such deliberate grace on the Salon Session in 2023; the Reformer, Tower/Cadillac in 2021 and 2022; and as one of five globally recognized Romana’s Pilates Senior Master Instructors, she will continue to amaze, delight and extract the maximum from each participant and thru every movement.   We are thankful she willing gives so much of herself in teaching and leading.
