Cary Regan

A key teacher, leader and true Master of the Classical Pilates Method. She was and is the teacher of most NY Pilates teachers. Loved and sought after worldwide; every session with Cary Regan is a thrill to participate in.

She is immensely special to the PilatesSistersSquad, to the history and teaching of the Pilates Method and to our Pilates Teachers collective community. It is her third year leading the PSS and we are grateful, once again.
